These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Green Earth Exterminators website and, where applicable, your requests for quotes, scheduling, payment authorizations, and other online interactions with Green Earth Exterminators (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By using this website, submitting a request, scheduling services, or agreeing to services through our online systems, you agree to these Terms.
Additional terms may apply to specific pest control plans, recurring services, warranties, treatment programs, estimates, proposals, or service agreements. If a separate written service agreement contains terms that differ from these website Terms, the applicable service agreement will control with respect to those services.
Website Use
This website is provided to give customers information about Green Earth Exterminators, our pest control and related services, and ways to contact, request a quote from, or schedule services with us.
You agree not to:
- Use the website for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or accounts
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Use automated systems to improperly collect information from the website
- Copy or misuse website content in violation of applicable intellectual property laws
Quotes, Estimates, and Service Requests
Information provided through the website does not automatically create a service agreement.
Quotes and estimates may be based on information provided by the customer and may be subject to inspection, property conditions, pest activity, treatment requirements, service frequency, accessibility, and other factors.
Additional work requested by the customer or conditions discovered during service may result in additional charges.
The scope, frequency, price, warranty, cancellation terms, and other conditions for pest control services may be further described in an estimate, proposal, booking confirmation, or separate service agreement.
Scheduling
Submitting a website form does not guarantee an appointment date or time unless the appointment has been confirmed by Green Earth Exterminators.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, property, access, and scheduling information.
Appointments may need to be changed because of weather, property conditions, technician availability, safety concerns, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Payments
Customers agree to pay all charges they have authorized for services provided by Green Earth Exterminators.
The amount and timing of payments will be disclosed in the applicable estimate, service agreement, booking process, invoice, or payment authorization.
Certain customers may choose or be required under their service agreement to maintain a payment method on file for recurring pest control services.
Recurring Card on File Authorization
When you separately accept a recurring payment authorization, the following terms apply:
I authorize Green Earth Exterminators (“Company”) to maintain and use the payment information I have provided to the Company (the “Payment Method”) to periodically make payments for the goods and services I receive from the Company.
I further authorize the Company to use the Payment Method as necessary to initiate transactions connected with those authorized payments, including transactions reasonably necessary to correct processing errors.
I understand and agree that my Payment Method may be used for recurring payments in the amount and at the frequency shown in my service agreement, booking confirmation, estimate, or other payment disclosure when the services I have agreed to receive have been performed or payment otherwise becomes due under my agreement.
The amount and frequency of recurring charges will be disclosed before I provide this authorization.
If I authorize additional work or receive additional services that change the amount to be charged to my Payment Method, Green Earth Exterminators will notify me of the new amount at least ten (10) days before that transaction is processed, unless I separately authorize the transaction or applicable law permits otherwise.
The start date of this authorization is the date I accept the authorization.
This authorization will remain in effect for the duration of my applicable services agreement unless I revoke the payment authorization or terminate services according to the terms of my service agreement.
Updating an Expired, Replaced, or Invalid Card
Customers with a Payment Method on file are responsible for maintaining valid and current payment information.
If a card expires, is replaced, is lost or stolen, becomes invalid, or can no longer be processed, the customer should contact Green Earth Exterminators to provide an updated Payment Method.

Green Earth Exterminators may contact the customer if a scheduled payment cannot be processed.
A failed or expired Payment Method does not eliminate amounts already owed for services that have been authorized and performed.

Green Earth Exterminators requires notice at least five (5) days before a scheduled payment to ensure that the payment authorization can be stopped before processing.
Revoking authorization to charge a particular Payment Method does not, by itself, cancel a service agreement or eliminate amounts already due.
If you also want to cancel recurring pest control services, you must cancel those services according to the cancellation provisions of your applicable service agreement.
Authorization Records
Green Earth Exterminators may maintain electronic records showing that a customer accepted recurring payment terms, including the date and time of acceptance and other records reasonably necessary to document the authorization.
SMS and Text Messaging Terms
Customers may have the option to consent to receive text messages from Green Earth Exterminators.
Depending on the type of consent provided, messages may include appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, service updates, technician arrival information, quote follow-up, billing or account notifications, customer service communications, and promotional messages when specifically authorized.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe from recurring text messages.

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent to receive promotional or marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
SMS consent must be provided separately where required and is not automatically created by accepting these general Terms of Use.
Our handling of mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Phone and Email Communications
By providing contact information when requesting a quote, scheduling service, or contacting us, you authorize Green Earth Exterminators to respond to your request using the contact information you provided.
Providing a phone number for service-related contact does not automatically enroll you in promotional SMS marketing.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, design elements, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Green Earth Exterminators and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Website content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, or used commercially without permission except as allowed by law.

Any warranties or guarantees applicable to a particular service will be stated in the customer’s service agreement or other written service documentation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Green Earth Exterminators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising solely from the use of or inability to use this website.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to eliminate rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute relating to these Terms will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any additional dispute-resolution provisions contained in the customer’s service agreement.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent allowed by law.
Changes to These Terms
Green Earth Exterminators may update these Terms periodically.
Changes will be posted on this website with an updated “Last Updated” date. The Terms in effect at the time of a transaction or authorization will apply to that transaction unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing.
